Top O the morning and welcome to Steve Barron's The Daily Flamer. Some of you may remember me from my role as the beloved character "Mallie" in the situationist comedy Foetry.com, but today most people just call me Steve. No longer am I the terror of the North American poetry scene; these days I'm just a regular Londoner who works in an office and spends his spare time making taxidermy sculpture and writing poetry on trees.
But one never knows what may come up, do one?

Jim Behrle is the Court Jester of Foetry-Land. A flatterer, a clown, a simulation of rebellion.
Jim Behrle is a scene-maker and a hanger-on in a world that doesn't even deserve an audience. But, sometimes his cartoons are funny in a slacker/bohemian/nowhere man/zine kind of way. The kid is a bit of a loser and he doesn't pretend otherwise.
You wanna know what the the "situation" is Steve? Poetry sucks! It was replaced by the novel in the 19th century and a bright and ambitious guy like you should wake up and move on. You have a lot more talent than a guy like Behrle and you shouldn't waste your time with the PoMo crowd.
I think I'll go read some electric prose.
